Common Login Problems
"Invalid email or password"
- Check your email: Make sure you're using the correct email address
- Reset password: Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page
- Check caps lock: Passwords are case-sensitive
- Clear browser cache: Old session data can cause issues
"Account not found"
If you're sure you have an account:
- Try a different email address (you might have signed up with another)
- Check if you signed up with Google instead of email/password
- Contact support for account lookup
Password Reset Email Not Arriving
- Check spam/junk folder
- Wait a few minutes - emails can be delayed
- Check the email address - typos happen
- Add noreply@earnitgrid.com to contacts to prevent filtering
- Try again - you can request multiple reset emails
"Session expired"
This means you were logged in but your session timed out. Simply log in again. This is normal security behavior.
Stuck on Loading
If the login page is stuck:
- Refresh the page
- Clear browser cache
- Try incognito/private mode
- Try a different browser
- Check your internet connection
