Creating your first habit is the first step toward building a sustainable routine. This guide will walk you through the process.
How to Create a Habit
- Go to the Grid page - This is your main dashboard where all habits are displayed
- Click the "+" button - Located in the habit sidebar on the left
- Enter your habit name - Keep it short and actionable (e.g., "Exercise 30 min")
- Choose an icon - Select an emoji that represents your habit
- Click Save - Your habit is now ready to track!
Tips for Naming Habits
- Be specific: "Read for 20 minutes" is better than just "Read"
- Make it actionable: Start with a verb when possible
- Keep it short: You'll see this every day, so make it easy to scan
Recommended Number of Habits
We recommend starting with 3-5 habits. It's better to succeed with fewer habits than to overwhelm yourself with too many.
You can have up to 10 active habits at a time.
