We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make from EarnItGrid. This Refund Policy explains your rights and options if a product or service doesn't meet your expectations. We've written this in plain language — no fine print, no hidden barriers.

1. Our Commitment
We stand behind every product and service we offer. If something isn't right, we want to make it right. Our refund process is designed to be simple, fair, and transparent — no hoops to jump through, no barriers to legitimate refund requests.
This policy applies to all purchases made through EarnItGrid, including subscriptions, digital products, and one-time purchases. Each product type has its own refund terms, detailed in the sections below.
2. Digital Book — 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Our digital book, The Guilt-Free Performance Method, is covered by a 90-day no-questions-asked satisfaction guarantee. If the book doesn't meet your expectations for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund of the book purchase price.
How It Works
- Email help@earnitgrid.com within 90 days of your purchase date
- No reason required — we trust your judgement
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
What's Covered
The 90-day guarantee covers the book purchase price only. Order bumps and add-ons purchased alongside the book are covered under Section 7 below.
3. Digital Products
Digital products include templates, courses, assessments, audio companions, and other downloadable or accessible content sold through EarnItGrid.
14-Day Refund Window
You may request a full refund of any digital product within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not substantially accessed the product.
What Counts as "Substantially Accessed"
A digital product is considered substantially accessed if any of the following apply:
- You have downloaded the files associated with the product
- You have accessed more than 10% of the product content
- You have used any tools, templates, or assessments included with the product
Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using a digital product, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the time elapsed or the extent of access. Please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue first — but if we can't fix it, we'll refund you.
4. Subscription Plans
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access to ProGrid features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
Annual Subscriptions
If you cancel an annual subscription within 30 days of purchase or renewal, you are entitled to a full refund. After 30 days, no refund is issued, but your access continues until the end of the annual period.
Accidental Renewals
If your subscription renews accidentally (for example, you forgot to cancel), contact us within 48 hours of the renewal charge and we will process a full refund of that renewal.
5. Trial Offers
We may offer trial periods (for example, a 14-day trial for $1.00) that allow you to evaluate ProGrid before committing to a full subscription.
- The trial fee (e.g. $1.00) is non-refundable
- You must cancel before the trial period ends to avoid being charged the recurring subscription fee
- If you do not cancel, your trial converts to a paid monthly subscription at the then-current rate
- After conversion, standard subscription refund terms (Section 4) apply
6. Lifetime Access
30-Day Refund Window
Lifetime Access purchases may be refunded in full within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, Lifetime Access purchases are non-refundable.
What "Lifetime" Means
"Lifetime" means the operational lifetime of the EarnItGrid platform. If we cease operation of the platform, we will provide at least 90 days' notice and, where practicable, offer a pro-rata refund to Lifetime Access holders based on the time remaining from a reasonable expected service period.
7. Order Bumps and Add-Ons
Order bumps and add-ons are additional products offered during the checkout process.
- Book refund: If the book is refunded under the 90-day satisfaction guarantee (Section 2), all order bumps purchased alongside the book are also refunded automatically.
- Independent refund: Order bumps and add-ons refunded independently (without a book refund) follow the digital product refund terms in Section 3.
8. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at help@earnitgrid.com. Please include:
- The email address associated with your account
- Your order confirmation number or receipt
- The reason for your refund request (optional, but helps us improve)
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days. No phone calls or forms required — a simple email is all it takes.
9. Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method only
- Credit and debit card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
- All refunds are processed in U.S. dollars (USD). Any exchange rate differences are the responsibility of your bank or card issuer
10. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Direct refund requests are typically resolved within 5–10 business days, whereas chargebacks can take 60–90 days to resolve and may involve additional steps from your bank.
If a chargeback is filed, your account may be suspended during the dispute investigation. We are happy to work with you to resolve any billing concerns quickly and fairly — just email help@earnitgrid.com.
11. Exceptions and Limitations
We reserve the right to decline a refund request in the following circumstances:
- Abuse: Repeated refund requests that indicate a pattern of misuse (for example, purchasing and refunding the same product multiple times)
- Fraud: Evidence of fraudulent activity associated with the purchase
- Outside refund window: The request is made after the applicable refund period has expired
- Substantial use: For digital products, the product has been substantially accessed as defined in Section 3
If we decline a refund request, we will communicate the decision in writing with a clear explanation. You may appeal by responding to our email.
12. Your Consumer Rights
This policy does not limit or override any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws. In particular:
EU/UK Consumers
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases. For digital content, this right may be waived once you begin accessing the content with your express consent. Where our policy offers a longer refund window than the statutory 14 days, our policy terms apply.
Australian Consumers
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you have statutory guarantees that cannot be excluded. If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of this policy.
California Consumers
California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). This refund policy does not affect your CCPA rights. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Other Jurisdictions
If the consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction provide more favourable refund terms than those set out in this policy, those local laws prevail.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes are not retroactive — we will honour the terms that were in effect at the time of your purchase.
- Material changes: We will notify you by email and post a prominent notice on our website
- Minor changes: We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
